What's the difference between Microsoft 365 and Azure — and do we need both?

Azure is the underlying cloud platform for infrastructure: virtual servers, databases, custom application hosting, and networking. Most small and mid-sized practices need M365 and don’t need Azure infrastructure. How do you handle security and compliance in the cloud?
